Select a form A/B setup winner

Select a winning variant for a form A/B setup by its version form ID. A winner can only be selected for an
enabled (started) setup; selecting one concludes the test in favor of the chosen variant.

Rate Limiting:
This endpoint is rate limited to 400 requests per minute.
